Refund Policy.
How refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work for the research library and 1:1 calls.

1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates alongside — not instead of — the consumer guarantees in the
Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
You are entitled to a remedy (which may be a refund, replacement, or repair) if a product or
service we supply is:
- Not of acceptable quality;
- Not fit for a purpose we said it was fit for;
- Not as described, or does not match a sample, demonstration, or model shown to you;
- Not supplied within a reasonable time when no time was set; or
- Not supplied with due care and skill.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable consumer right.
For major failures you may choose between a refund, replacement, or compensation for the
drop in value.
2. Digital research downloads (reports, PDFs, ebooks)
Because our reports are digital files delivered electronically, the following applies:
- Once a file has been downloaded or delivery has begun, we do not offer refunds
for change of mind. This includes deciding the report didn't cover what you
hoped, or that you found similar content cheaper elsewhere.
- If the file is faulty (e.g. it won't open, is missing pages, or is
materially different from what was described on the product page), email us within
14 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement or, if a replacement is not
reasonable, a full refund.
- Duplicate purchases made in error within 24 hours are refundable on
request. Email us with your payment receipt.
3. 1:1 calls — cancellations & rescheduling
Calls are booked through our scheduling system at a confirmed time agreed with you.
- More than 24 hours before the call: you may reschedule to any other
available slot at no charge, or cancel for a full refund. Reply to your booking
confirmation email or contact us to request either.
- Inside 24 hours of the call: we hold the slot, prepare for the
conversation, and treat it as engaged. No refund is available, but we will reasonably
attempt to reschedule once if you give us as much notice as possible.
- No-shows: if you do not attend the call without prior notice, the
fee is non-refundable.
- If Mark cancels: we will offer to reschedule, or refund in full at
your choice.
- Material failure of the service (e.g. the call could not occur because
of our error and we could not reschedule within a reasonable time): full refund.
4. Bitcoin (NowPayments) — important note
Our Bitcoin payment processor (NowPayments) does not support automatic refunds in the same
cryptocurrency. Where you are entitled to a refund of a Bitcoin payment under this policy
or under the Australian Consumer Law:

The refund will be issued in USD-equivalent value back to a wallet address you provide.

The amount refunded is calculated at the BTC/USD rate at the time the refund is
processed, not the rate at the time of your original purchase. This means the
number of BTC you receive may be more or less than what you originally paid.

Network fees for the refund transaction are deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process due to manual handling.
If you would prefer card payment to keep refunds straightforward, the Stripe option is
available at checkout.
5. Card payments (Stripe)
Approved refunds on card payments are processed back to the original card via Stripe.
Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Newsletter subscriptions
The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter
email.
7. How to request a refund
Email hello@moneymarketsmayhem.com with:
- The email address used to make the purchase;
- The order or payment reference (Stripe receipt number or NowPayments payment ID);
- A short description of why you are requesting a refund;
- For Bitcoin refunds: a wallet address you control.
We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank.
Most issues can be resolved faster directly with us. Disputes opened without contacting us
first may delay resolution.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged via the newsletter or on the
Site. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
